   前年我曾帶一隻長久性齒齦發炎的小貓看一位外藉自然療法醫師，(Balance Asia in Central)，那小貓生前受到人類虐待，以熱水淋牠，因此，我帶她看獸醫，醫好皮膚後我索性留她在家，自然療法的藥，藥效神奇，原本這小貓的牙肉發炎需每四至六星期要帶她回診所打消炎針，但服了這藥加上自中醫買了蛇舌草靈之精華，把小量藥粉混在食物中餵食，雙管齊下，小貓的發炎和受創的心靈幾乎完全平服，我可延至三至四個月才帶她看獸醫而她也漸漸對我放下誡心，肯讓我撫摸，需然她最後決定不留在人世，但自然療法讓我見識了它的威力

   這次想請教醫師的是，我有另一隻貓，帶有貓愛滋菌（一如人類，帶有菌但未發出來，一天未發出來也不叫”愛滋病，而是叫帶菌者），故口腔也定期發炎，但他比那小貓麻煩是，未知何故，他受猛力撞擊而盆骨斷裂向入壓，令直腸出口變窄
   因此一旦積了大便，便會排不出來，因為當糞便太實便根本擠不出來－－他原本也是街貓所以意外發生也沒人知道至他不肯吃東西但其實看得出他很餓，才知有事

   那次獸醫開了他的大腸清掉宿便，也是我接收了他，但上月，我最恐懼的事終於發生，即使我多努力經營和觀察，最終平安過了大半年，但始終，他的積便讓他必須接受切除大腸，這是大手術，原本貓有極強自癒力，但因他是貓愛滋帶菌，這手術啟動了這病原，手術後他固然康復程度極慢也失去胃口不肯吃，已帶了他看回那自然療法醫師

   但現在最嚴重是，他開始在身上生癬(Fungus)，毛小塊的整塊掉下，皮膚比一般的淡紅更鮮紅，然後皮膚開始變硬，如結痂的一塊硬紅色，不知會否脫落，且情況開始蔓延，由一處變成附近兩三處也開始，我去綠創意買了他們的 Collidal Silver (銀性膠）,每天兩次用這水來清潔患處亦塗上獸醫給的癬膏，但情況沒改善

   得知純椰子油外塗能有效抑制真菌，但這個個案不是由外界接觸而發生，而是體內引發，所以我亦有疑慮，黃醫師，想請問你我能買純椰子油替貓塗患處嗎，我知在銅鑼灣 REFLECTION中心新到了這個：

   或有甚麼花藥對這症有療效呢，我按時讓他服自然療法的藥，能加強他自身抵抗力，但要時間，而現在，我想找外塗的讓他舒緩，因看來患處讓他痛，每當我用銀性膠水替他清潔時，他會叫表示不想

   這小貓很坎坷但他沒求死之念，作為主人的我，沒理由放棄，我會努力成全他求生之念

   對椰子油曾略有研究和經驗，知有研究用於愛滋病患者和外用抗菌，但對你貓是否有用？真的不知。我的感覺，是可以嘗試用：優質麥蘆卡蜂蜜(UMF15+) + 牛油 (1:2) 塗於患處。

    或者可以舉個例子，A小姐因失戀後嚴重失眠，終日哭不停，吃不下，把自己關起來放棄了工作，不見朋友，延續半年多，經順勢療法診治後，一星期後即有顯著改善，每晚睡得好，數星期後即復元並尋得新工作，朋友都看見她的進步。

    但第一處出癬 (或開始爛的地方)仍是一塊硬痂,而且近這幾天開始,我嗅到那些感染的傷口發出異味,也有水滲出,我每天都有用yucca drops加水去清潔他的患處

    後來juilia也給了我一樽cream塗,但始終有毛,實在很難塗在患處/傷口上

    而juilia曾強調皮膚是最大的排毒organ,所以一定要由內處理好才會停止

    我也明白,但又擔心傷口會惡化發炎,有點不知該如何是好

    幸好天氣在下週轉涼,否則一熱起來恐怕他會更辛苦難受了

    I am apprehensive in seeing a homeopath in person at least for the moment for a variety of reasons :-

    1/. In my experience, doctors like to treat one thing at a time only. At the moment, I am seeing my Chinese herbalist (中醫) for my respiratory/sputum problem and he is not inclined to deal with my skin ailment. I hope to settle my respiratory problem first.

    2/. I have been seeing my Chinese herbalist for more than a year and he is prescribing me more or less the same herbs . From the information I gathered I wonder if I could at least sometimes do better than him.

    3/.Homeopathy is undoubtedly quite new to Chinese people. Although I can afford the fee, I have the phobia of going to a boutique clinic serving only the westerners and the rich and famous .

    That is why I am considering doing homeopathy at home. However, just when I am quite convinced that I am of the sulphur type and is thinking of ordering sulphur through the web to treat my psoriasis, I read something about past TB patients should not use sulphur, phosphorus or silica.

    I am aware that while some homeopaths have been treating their patients on-line, some insist on seeing their patients personally.

    Is on-line consultation possible ? Thank you for your attention.

    I always prefer face-to-face consultation. Firstly, a face-to-face consultation serves to let me understand you through listening, observing, and interacting so that I can prescribe accurately. Secondly, the consultation is healing in itself in helping the client to discover insights about his own dis-ease and the underlying psycho-social-spiritual causes. To make the treatment more effective and profound, I choose to do only face-to-face consultation, especially for initial consultations. Telephone consultations is only for emergency non-life-threatening follow-ups where face-to-face encounter is hard to arrange.

    As you might understand, holistic healing, including homeopathy, treats the whole person who’s suffering from certain conditions. All symptoms are interconnected and I don’t know how to treat an isolated symptom with homeopathy and not treat the whole. Of course, when the general health is improved, some symptoms may improve quicker than others due to the priority as determined by body wisdom, but not by practitioner or the patient. Only mechanistic doctors manipulate certain symptom / dis-ease, not the homeopath working with body holistically.

    Online consultation is very inappropriate for chronic conditions like yours. Homeopathy sees people as a body-emotional-mental-social being. Written words or spoken words are not sufficient to convey the full message for good diagnosis and treatment.

    I always support people taking full responsibility for their own health. But your case seems to favour an approach that involves working closely with a professional homeopath, rather than self-prescribing. I suspect that you have been heavily medicated for quite some time.
